A demonstration and tasting at the local chocolatier, and a visit to a local cheese maker, are two delicious additions recently added to the itinerary. Optional excursions ranging from a hot air balloon ride accompanied by a bottle of champagne to a cooking demonstration with award-winning chef Laurent Peugeot at Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne.
